This is a mutual fund managed by IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s., the oldest independent Slovak asset management company, which has been providing financial services to individual and corporate clients in Central European countries since 1991. As part of its European activities, it manages assets primarily in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary, with a total value exceeding EUR 670 million. Prvý realitný fond is the oldest mutual fund in Slovakia investing in real estate. Its objective is to build and manage a long-term and stable portfolio across all segments of the real estate market (office buildings, shopping centers, logistics centers, and warehouses). It provides investors with positive performance and the potential for long-term asset value growth.

IAD IRF (Investment Real Estate Fund) is a sub-fund of the IAD Investments investment fund. IAD IRF is managed by a Luxembourg general partner, which is a 100% subsidiary of the Slovak company IAD Investments správ. spol., a.s. The fund and its sub-fund are supervised by the Luxembourg regulatory authority (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). The strategy of IAD IRF is long-term investment in high-quality real estate (primarily office, retail, and logistics) in attractive locations in Central Europe. The value of assets managed by IAD IRF exceeds EUR 300 million and includes office buildings in Slovakia and a shopping center in the Czech Republic.

ZFP Investments is a Czech independent investment company that is part of the ZFP Group. One of the founders is the company ZFP akademie, a.s., which joined forces with a Slovak investment company with extensive experience in the creation and management of investment funds. It possesses strong knowledge of the domestic market, understands the requirements and needs of its clients, and has built excellent relationships with institutional partners.
