Logis One Park Zagreb

Construction of the Logis One Park Zagreb logistics park is underway on a site in the Sveta Helena area near the Croatian capital of Zagreb. The complex benefits from a strategic location with direct access to the A4 motorway and key European transport corridors. By the end of 2026, it will offer nearly 40,000 m² of modern space for logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing. The site, with a total area of approximately 9.7 hectares, allows for the development of a logistics center with approximately 45,000 m² of leasable area—with this project, IAD Investments has successfully entered the Croatian market.
